Chairtype - GovTech

As part of a live client project in NAFA, I had the opportunity to brainstorm and propose ideas to GovTech and their team. The problem statement given was "How to make a CEO empathetic to Web Accessibility?". My team and I brainstormed ideas after rounds of discussions and talking with the GovTech team, in conclusion we identified that there is a gap between the level of communication. Leaders vary from person to person and not all leaders speak the same "language". We identified the different type of leaders and narrowed it down to 5 main types. We then curated questions to identify what type of leader their ceo is, this questionnaire was made into an app following the star plot system for office workers to do to identify how their leader is and efficiently convey web accessibility in a way that their CEO can empathize with.
